On a cool, rainy summer morning than a fresh, warm batch of blueberry muffins!  Dh will be home for lunch any minute now (he starts work at 5 in the morning, so his lunch hour is really early), and the children haven't yet clued in that the muffins are ready, so I get to sit down and enjoy a couple mini-muffins in quiet. I like them with a little bit of butter and a glass of cold milk. Aaahh, the simple pleasures.

Heck yeah, come on down! I also made some chicken salad for lunch today, and hope to get a pan of brownies in the oven by nightfall. Ooooh, and I've got some french vanilla ice cream to go on the brownies...mebbe some hot fudge, too...mmmmmmm... |

I made those last week. This week I made oatmeal cookies with dried cranberries, white chcocolate chips, and walnuts. |
