I was just wondering how difficult it would be to make my own homemade apple cider vinegar. I looked online and found instructions on http://www.apple-cider-vinegar-benefits.com (very interesting site). Do any of you make your own, and would you be willing to share how you do it?

KarenP,
Thanks for the great information. I printed it out. It won't be very long until the apples out on the trees will be ready for picking. I'm looking forward to trying this.

What an interesting site!!! I bookmarked that one. It is so cool that something so cheap can be used for so many things and be healthful.

Thank you Karen. Now I know how to do the vinegar. Love fresh cider and use unfiltered unpasturised apple cider vineger for lots of things. Mary Jane has lots of ideas for its use also in her book.

How interesting. I never would have thought to make my own and am also very interested if any does.
