Posted - Aug 11 2005 : 06:00:01 AM I was just wondering how difficult it would be to make my own homemade apple cider vinegar. I looked online and found instructions on http://www.apple-cider-vinegar-benefits.com (very interesting site). Do any of you make your own, and would you be willing to share how you do it?

Posted - Aug 11 2005 : 3:54:57 PM Thank you Karen. Now I know how to do the vinegar. Love fresh cider and use unfiltered unpasturised apple cider vineger for lots of things. Mary Jane has lots of ideas for its use also in her book. Eileen
