Hi all! I'm actually asking this question for a friend. Here's what she wrote: "Anyone here getting (or ever had) a heritage turkey? I'm picking mine up later today and was wondering if I have to do something special with the preparation as compared to a "normal" turkey. Anyone know? We usually brine then roast, or smoke the turkey. "

Can anyone help?

Thanks!
