Posted - Nov 03 2007 : 2:10:28 PMokayz, I have a problem. I cook by nose and intuition and a want to write these up as recipes. I mostly go by how many am I'm feedin' so I need to understand how to portion (generously) when writing up a recipe?
Any help would be overjoyishly appreciated.Think lotsa guys when considering portions. I'm sort of ending up as the cook house mama here
