My dd got a quince in her box from her CSA and we are clueless as to what to do with it. She was thinking maybe a quince sauce, or a quince sauce with rhubarb. Any ideas? thanks!

Hi Sherri,
If you check out Martha Stewart Living magazine there is a big article about quince (it's in the October issue). Hope that helps!
