Ok gals, give me all your monies! 
So paper pricing has gone up and so have postal rates. I should have known, you can never get things as cheap as you hope. So...the final costs including postage are:
1 copy - $15.07
2 copies - $25.94
3+ copies - I will calculate postal rates when I have the books in hand and let you know.
You can PayPal me if you wish. My PayPal address is: daisyfarm@shaw.ca
Those who wish to send checks can email me for my mailing address. As the dollar is sitting pretty much at par, we will not be worrying about exchange rates (thank heavens...last year was a nightmare!).
NOW - THIS IS IMPORTANT!
PLEASE include in the "comment" box of your PayPal screen, your user name on here, real name and mailing address. Last year some of you used a corporate paypal account and I have no way of knowing who you are!
I will have the books in hand early next week and will mail them out as soon as payment is received.

Diane, I was thinking the same thing as Cheryl; if you end up with extras, let me know. I bought 7 or 9 cookbooks from you originally, but I would take another couple of them to have on hand for future gifting.
Hope the payments are rolling in, and thanks again for all your hard work on the original printing and the current reprint.

Hang tight Mima (and Carrie too) until I actually have the books in hand. I think the postal rates will be cheaper than just doubling the price for two. I will have them weighed at the post office and email you.
