"Baby Fattener" chillover
1 13.5 oz can coconut milk
13.5 oz of any 100% fruit juice
1/4 c sugar (optional)
2 packets (teaspoons) chillover powder

Pour coconut milk into saucepan. Whisk in chillover powder. Heat to medium for a few minutes (do not allow to boil, or the coconut milk will separate). Add sugar, if desired, and stir to blend. Turn off heat. Fill empty coconut milk can with cold fruit juice. Add to coconut milk mixture. Pour in glass baking dish and chill.

My baby has been way too skinny since he was about 6 months old. I've been feeding him some of this almost every morning for breakfast. It's healthy and good for him. He's plumping up now, partly due to his daily dose of chillover!

What a great idea!! I know a baby who for sure could use some calories and I will have to pass on the idea..and a packet of chillover powder... to the mom!!!!

I have. It's bland without sugar. My husband likes it.

I told my pediatrician what I was doing and he thought it was a great idea. Coconut milk is fattening, yes.

I just did a variation with black cherry juice and a jar of sour cherries in light syrup (I counted the syrup towards the liquid)

I am assuming that the coconut milk is pretty high in calories? That sounds like a yummy recipe too! Do you ever steal some of the "baby fattener" for yourself?
