chow -chow


1 cup navy beans
2 cups dried kidney beans
2 cups yellow wax beans
2 cups cauliflower
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups red and green pepper
2 cups sliced carrots
2 cups fresh corn kernels
2 cups tiny white onions
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups chopped sweet cherkins
5 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
2 T.mustard seed
1 T.celery seed
1 t.turmeric

Cook all vegetables separate,then mix together.Put in jars and cold pack.10-15 minutes.
Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
