I was given some wonderful lemon basil and now I need ideas on how to use it. Can I infuse it into some oils? Can I dry it and ad it to soap? What can I make with it???????

OOh what a great idea, thanks Nancy! I am thinking about a shrimp and pasta with cream sauce- the lemon quality should blend wonderfully.

Greetings, Beth! What a nice gift. Definitely you could infuse oil or make herbal vinegar, it is great on pasta with a little cream sauce and parmesan grated on top, chopped in salads, with fish.... bon appetit! Nance
