I have 'done' wilted lettuce years ago and don't remember what I did or which recipe I used. Does anyone have a killer w.l. recipe??

Also, hubby loves pickled eggs and now I'm sort of hooked too. Recipes?? I've never done them.

My stepmom makes pickled eggs in her regular kosher dill pickle brine. They are supose to be very simple.
