Posted - Jul 05 2007 : 11:02:40 AM Ok, those zucchini pickles started something (I am making batch #4 today)! Now I have the pickling fever! If you girls would please post all your best pickle recipies here I would greatly apreciate it. All types of pickles would be great, but specificaly I am looking for cucumber pickles (dill type), pickled green tomatoes, and watermelon rind pickles. Thanks!

Posted - Jul 05 2007 : 2:57:58 PM How odd! I just looked on my DVR and there was a recorded episode of Alton Brown's "Good Eats" about pickling. I would suggest going online to www.foodnetwork.com and looking up his recipes.
