Most of you know about OUR cookbook, but for those that are new here...last fall many of us submitted our best recipes and together we became published!! We have a 6"x9" spiral bound cookbook complete with Julie's (willowtreecreek) artwork for the cover and section dividers. I had 180 copies made up and it sold out almost immediately!

Due to popular request I have gotten a price from the publisher on printing us more copies. The book price isn't so expensive, but postage is ridiculous (it went up in January). So...here are the figures in US dollars.

Based on printing 25 books, the single copy price will be $13.46.
Based on printing 50 books, the single copy price will be $10.17.

Postage is $6.90 per single copy, $12.90 for two. This is Canadian dollars and I will convert it to American, but this will give you a ballpark figure.

Payment can be PayPal, personal check or International Money Order (not a US money order as I can't cash those in Canada). Please check the cost of a money order if that is your preferred method of payment as they can be expensive.

No books will be mailed until your payment is received due to past experience...sorry, don't mean to be harsh and most of you were very good at paying right away. I just don't want to have to nag anybody this time or end up not getting paid.

Soooo....if you are still interested, put your name here or email me with the number of copies you would like so that I can get an idea of whether it is feasible or not to do a reprint. I'll let you all know if/when we do the reprint when I see how many are actually interested.

So sorry for the delay guys...I will definitely be placing the order really soon as the interest is still keen. I have an empty nest now and find myself struggling to run this place by myself. Must be getting old!
Anyway, no excuses...I will get on it within the next week.

It would be great to have cookbooks for the various seasons like they do at the Gooseberry Patch - they also have smaller books on crafting and all kinds of other good stuff - if you are not familiar with them look them up just google The Gooseberry Patch.

Yep, your recipe is in the first edition, the only one printed so far.
At the moment I am not taking new recipes (too much on my plate right now with the farm and all), but it had crossed my mind to make a second cookbook with new recipes, maybe in the fall.

Thanks Diane - so it will be the one with my recipe in it correct? And are you looking for new recipes for another one?
Thanks

Yes Kathy, it sure was. I will put you down for a copy when I get more printed. I am still getting requests trickling in and I think I will be pretty close to being able to order about 75 more copies which will make it even cheaper than I had originally quoted.
Right now I'm up to my ears in farmwork, but this is a priority as soon as things get caught up around here.

I never heard about this one that was published - can you tell me if my recipe for Lemon Balm Tincture was in the published one?
I would be interested in purchasing this one via pay pal.

Diane,
I asked for one copy in the beginning and wondered can you put me down for 1 more?
Thanks,

Great with me...thanks for taking this on--I realize with summer arriving, everyone has a lot on their plate. Hopefully, with the addition of this cookbook to my collection, we'll have a LOT more on our plate

I have kept a list of everyone who has responded and I'm still getting the odd email trickling in. The more we order, the cheaper it will be which is why I haven't jumped on ordering them yet.
I will make sure that everyone that indicated they wanted one is contacted with price and ordering info so no one is left out. I'll maybe give it a couple more weeks...so everyone has had a chance to see the posting and so that I can get caught up around here with a gazillion things on the go!
I hope that's okay with everyone.
