Rustic Country Tart
this is very pretty when done

Flat frozen pie crust
Frozen peaches
Sugar
egg wash - (a beaten egg)

Place the frozen pie crust on a baking sheet
Fill center only with frozen peaches
Fold over corners of pie crust over peaches partially
Spread egg wash over crust top
Sprinkle with sugar
Bake 20 min. at 350 until light golden brown
