Ronna,
Thanks for the site. I signed up too. We eat almost, exclusively, whole wheat/grain homemade bread. We have a regular favorite that makes 6 loaves & then we make cinnamon raisin, pizza, bread sticks, hamburger buns, etc.
I like artisian breads & have only occasionaly tried them. I hope this site will give me more motivation. One day I hope to have an outdoor oven for summer baking.
