Posted - May 19 2007 : 07:19:44 AM I have egg yokes fresh and frozen and I want to find a recipe to use them in. Maybe mayonnasie if it is cooked but how long does that last in the fridge? I saw once in a childrens very expencive clothing catalog a recipe for some kind of little cakes made with only egg yokes and sugar made by nuns in the caribian. thank you for any recipes! Faith

Posted - May 19 2007 : 2:46:30 PM Custard, lemon curd, alot of cakes use just yolks because that is what makes a moist tender crumb. Just Google egg yolk recipes, there are a bazillion!

Posted - May 19 2007 : 09:57:06 AM If you can get a hold of the previous MaryJanesFarm magazines (they sell them bundled on the main website) there is an issue called "The Art of the Egg" that has TONS of great egg recipes in it. I have been reading it recently and am dying to try some of the recipes!
