Posted - May 12 2007 : 07:00:43 AMHelp!!! I am baking my daughter-- she is turning 14 tomorrow-- a birthday cake. I want to make a triple layer cake but I am wanting to do it three different sizes. So I am wondering if I could bake the cake in my spring form pans? I have only done cheesecakes in them so I am just not sure. Right now I am baking her miniature cake cookies to bring to Sunday School in the morning. So I am pondering the cake while I am making those. I went to the cake supply store in the "big city" and found some little flip flops and tropical flower candies to decorate it with. Nothing like doing things last minute!!!
