Last summer my aunt brought a wonderful wheat bread to the country that was a sort of "nutty" bread with tiny bits of walnuts and, even better, sunflower seeds. It was delectible! Ever since then I've wanted to try a recipe that would use some of those same ingredients -- the texture is wonderful.

Any of you other farmgirls have a recipe like this?
