Thank goodness for Bread mixes … I don’t bake much and more times than not, my flour or yeast has expired.. so I like to keep a couple of bread mixes on hand… plus when I see the bread mix in the pantry, I am more inclined to use it… BTW.. baked the bread yesterday afternoon, ante half the loaf last night and we finished it off with today’s lunch! :>) >^..^< Happiness is being a katmom and Glamping Diva!
