It's time to start signing up for MARCH Mail Art!

FOR MARCH, please leave a comment on this thread stating you'd like to join in. Sign-up is available through MARCH 15. If your comment appears after you've posted it, that means you're on the roster.
Let the theme be all things springtime, sunshine, and flower buds! And as always, if the theme is not right for you, feel free to do your own thing.
I will send an email with your partner to you on MARCH 16. Please send your Mail Art before MARCH 31.
I'd like to encourage everyone to post a comment on the current month's thread when you receive your mail art. And if you can, a picture is nice. We all love seeing the inspiring art! And a quick thanks lets your partner know you received your mail art.
A couple more things to keep in mind:
1. Traditionally, Mail Art has been "secret"; part of the fun is receiving a surprise package from a surprise partner. I would encourage you not to tell your partner who you are until a reasonable amount of time has passed for them to receive your art.
2. Please be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination :)

What a creative way to use vintage ads! I have inherited a large box of 1950's Popular Mechanics, mostly water damaged, but still chock full of fun cut outs. I've been looking for ways to use them. Thanks for sharing Mary Jo! |

I received an artful photograph from Mary Jo--thank you very much! It brought back memories of a childhood birthday which was celebrated en-route to Baja California; we also camped at a rock-covered beach and I was in heaven! Love those rocks!

I want to let Sherry know I received my incredibly beautiful amazing spring banner on Friday but I had been getting sick over the week and the weekend it peaked so I am late posting this! Sherry...I can't even begin to tell others how incredibly beautiful this banner is! There are so many gorgeous little elements that I am sure the pictures won't do it justice! I can't get over the wonderfully gifted ladies in this group! I am honored with such a gift Sherry...thank you so much!

Yippee Julie! It did not break then? I was worried!I so loved doing the little baby bird I left him in my window until I finished the rocks! I am happy you like him! We've babies popping out all over here! Luckily not me tho! Lol! Happy Spring! May you find blessings everywhere!

Wow! I just received the most amazing package from Beccalou!!!
The quilled flower poem plaque is absolutely gorgeous-that girl's got some major talent there!
II also got a package of flowery hankies, a floral day planner and some yummy tea.

I am awful as I have been so busy last two weeks with putting in the garden and flower bed and MOWING already! Took a lot of my free time away but I am finally done with my mail art and packing it up tomorrow with a mail date of April 4th! PLEASE bear with me my sweet partner!!
