Deer season is upon us! I hope anyone who plans on hunting follows their states safety and rules and has a blast! I just shot my very first deer with a crossbow opening weekend for archery, and I’m working on harvesting as much material from him as I can! I’m a professional taxidermist so this is my busiest time of year at work too- anyone have any hunting plans this season or fun hunting stories of the past?

congratulations!! Last weekend was the youth hunt here in Wisconsin. My grandkids did not get anything. Deer hunting here is in November usually around Thanksgiving. I don't hunt, I do make meals or snacks if anyone comes in, lol.
