Someday I would like to get a glamper, but until then I do camping the old-fashioned way with my family. I used to have my own tent, but now I just use a room in my parents' 3-room tent. I like to decorate my "bedroom" but since I have to keep the stuff I pack to a minimum, I try to take just a few accessories. I thought I would share a few photos of what I did this past weekend. I made the banner and the cushion.

Thanks, everyone! Mary Jane, that sounds like fun. Bonnie, we usually can't make it without at least one night of rain!

We started out tent camping. It's great fun unless it pours rain for a week. But tent camping makes great family memories.

Yup, very much glamping! Your tent looks very cozy and comfy . . . you go girl! Glamp on!

My daughter, Robin, and I have been tent glampers, and we do it in style. If want to see pics there are some threads here in OUTPOST of our tent glamping excursions.

Joanna, your tenting sounds like a lot of fun.

MaryJane, once again you shared with us a little of your adventures. Only makes me want to hear more.

That's totally glamping. Tent glamping. Years ago, I packed a small canvas teepee into the wilderness on the back of my horse. I glammed the teepee up with an arrangement of artfully displayed river rocks (a little path leading to the door flap), a bouquet of wild flowers in a plastic water bottle disguised by a bandana, and the book I was reading placed just so. Voila! Horse glamping.
