Posted - May 09 2014 : 11:29:56 AM Okay, that is definitely cool! My husband is a welder and my son worked in sheet metal all last summer... I'm going to have to have a little talk with them now! They're slipping! LOL!
Awesome, Sherone! In my book, your man deserves husband of the year! Enjoy! :)

Posted - Apr 17 2014 : 1:22:32 PM Sherone, YOu are sooooo lucky to have a tinkerer for a hubby. I am the tinkerer without the skill. MY husband dreads that look in my eye when I think I have the greatest idea. I may have to see if my dad will help me make this. This oven is shear genius. For one thing, more food at a time could be cooked utilizing the fire itself and also the oven. Some days I wish I could be completely be off the grid and this sure would be on the list. Please do post any new ideas. And, if you get bread to cook successfully I would love how you did it and how long you baked the bread. |

Posted - Apr 17 2014 : 10:53:28 AM Susan,
It took about 20 minutes to cook the rolls. He wanted me to tell you that they were baked in February, so it took a little longer than if baked in the summer. He also said that he wants to try a loaf of bread and will have me post pictures when he does it.
