Posted - Aug 26 2013 : 2:24:05 PM My local paper did a story on Glamping that included myself and another farmgirl (Kampercatt), Zoe Siperly. MaryJane was mentioned in this article as well. I think the reporter got the idea about what Glamping is all about! Go here to read the story http://www.gazettextra.com/article/20130702/ARTICLES/307029982
I am writing this with bittersweet memories of my little Glamper named "Fancy". She was sold to a Woman in Texas and has started a new life. I will be RVing full-time with my DH and two dogs. Our first work-camp position is in Louisiana for the winter and then Idaho for the summer! I fell in love with Idaho a couple of years ago when I visited MaryJane's B and B!

Posted - Sep 17 2013 : 7:27:25 PM Hi everyone. I just signed up to be a Farm Girl. This past March I bought a 1986 Scamp, 13ft. with no a/c or bath. Still I love it. Had the cushions recovered and painted the cabinets and hardware. I just signed up to be a Chapter leader, too. There is no one in South Georgia who has a chapter. Thinking of painting outside of Scamp with black bears. looking forward to chatting with you and will welcome any ideas and suggestions.javascript:insertsmilie('') Linda #5471
Be thankful for a new morning and the blessings shared through out the day. |
