Hi all,
Well for some reason I could not get my new pictures to post in my original post of "Look what I got" so I am starting a new post here.
I have been busy busy, waterproofing, scrubbing, painting, covering cushions etc.
Below are some pictures of what e interior looks like NOW. ( see the other thread for the BEFORE shots) LOL
Here is the new dinette area

Close up of dinette/cushions

Sweet decor

Needless to say I am having a ball fixin her up. I have really been enjoying this, and love going out there at night with my tea, and just sitting in her, and getting to know her. Still can't believe she is mine!
Haven't come up with a name for her yet. Waiting until it "comes" to me.
Still more to do, but it's been great so far. Even my DH and DS who said they had no interest are hanging out in her! It's quite comical actually.
In fact yesterday as I was hanging the vintage hankies as a valance, my son said to me " Mom, don't make it TOO girly" LOL.
Hugs,

~Laurie

Thanks Catherine!
Been having some fun, doing sleep-outs in the backyard. No immediate plan to take her on the road, but I know that I will someday. For now, I am perfectly content having her as my little home away from home!
Happy Glamping!

Awwww! Laurie you have done a wonderful job decorating your girl :)
I had to giggle when I saw the teas because I just left a comment on the original post for a name
It looks great!

Laurie, I cannot wait to meet you when you come to Colorado!!! And CJ and girls you have to plan on New England in the Fall to catch that beautiful foliage. October is usually the time if I remember correctly.

Thanks so much for sharing your treasure with us Laurie

Trust me Margo, I did indeed spend some time in those chairs this evening. LOL
My next door neighbor (who is 80+ years old) even came over and had a look see. He really liked it too and started to tell me stories of when he was young back in the day. It was great! I love listening to the older generations tell stories from their childhood!
Hugs,

Thanks Winnie! Today even though is was blazing hot, my amazing DH jacked up the trailer and changed the tires (they were flat). Now she is real level, and we can have my brother in law come over with his "big" truck and move her to where we will be keeping her in our backyard, as opposed to the temporary spot she has been in for a few weeks while I worked on her. We even have a "deck" that we are going to put alongside her, so that I have my own private deck with chairs etc. I am also going to put up her awning/canopy and that will expand the living space to the outdoors!
Very exciting indeed! LOL
More pictures to follow once I get her moved and set up next to the deck.
Hugs,

~Laurie

Laurie, this glamper is really coming along beautifully! I think you are going to have such fun once you get her ready for a trip and take off. You are doing a wonderful job restoring years of neglect and it must be very rewarding to have a blank slate to do whatever seems inspiring to you. Thanks for sharing the photos and inviting all of us to "come over" for a look and a cup of tea!

Here are a few more shots of the kitchen area. I painted behind the stove today, and also scrubbed the floor with a peroxide based cleaner, and it came out looking like new!

Kathy,
I didn't get to see the inside of your "Chloe Camper" . . . :(. Hopefully someday and hopefully you get some time to glamp her up and take her out!
Thanks again for everything!
