This is very exciting! Dutch oven cooking is so much fun!!! I'm always on the lookout for tried and true recipes. We learned how to cook in dutch ovens this past fall at our glamping weekend in MN with Diane (fiddlehead farm) teaching us. It was a hoot! Great memories and very inspirational! I have the other SOTF book, so this next one should be grand! Thanks for the heads up!

I can tell you...(from camping experience with some of these gals) their Dutch Oven skills are incedible!
I'm not a big fan of cooking... but I sure enjoy eating! lol!
