Any camping farmgirls know how to clean the outside of a tent ? When we moved into the house last March I got my Coleman tent back from my sister who stored it for me. It's big, three rooms but it looks like she let her boys throw juice and food at it, I want to air it out, re waterproof it and clean it up. so do I just turn the hose on it ? or what ?

Is it nylon? or canvas? Nylon take to the laundry mat and wash take home to set up and dry re waterproof and seal the seams and your set I took care of our girl scout tents for years. If it is canvas set up and wash with the hose and scrub brush then re-waterproof and seal the seams.
