I just got hooked on geocaching. Besides the thrill of the hunt and treasure at the end of the rainbow it gets me out looking and hiking all over the place.

Anyone else geocaching?

Just hgetting out and about and away from the TV is great. I was also very surprised as to how many caches are located in my area.

My boys and I discovered geocaching this past summer and were so surprised how many we so close to the area we live....we're really enjoying it -- and it gets them away from the video games LOL

Great for day trips and longer trips but I have been doing it on the way home from work too. I've lived here most of my life and have found things I have never seen and things I just didnt notice. It really gets the mind going when you have to think "outside the box"!

I looked into it last year and wanted to try it. My husband has a motorcycle and I thought geocaching would be fun for day trips. I have yet to get him interested. I know of one of the locations and everytime I pass it I want to get out and go search. May this spring.
