Posted - Oct 24 2011 : 9:38:49 PM It was a sad day here at our place... had to put the 'Scotty w/a Potty' in the barn for the Winter.... ![](icons/icon_smile_disapprove.gif)
I hate not being able to go Glamping at a whim... I am so glad I got one last Glamping trip in in the middle of Oct.
Now to dream by the fire about upcoming Glamping trips.... Pendleton, OR., various mini trips, the Farm Chick campout and I even have plans to go on a camping horse packing trip next Sept.... I can hardly wait for Spring of 2012 go get here! lol!

Posted - Oct 25 2011 : 1:09:17 PM oh, trust me,,, I have a whole basket full of Glamping plans & mischief for 2012,, my 1st Glamp will be the The Cattle Barons event in Pendelton Oregon in May,,,then off to Farm Chick camping in June. I have 1 Girl Camp event in July,,,, Aug. I'll be in SO.Calif. Then Sept I have a Horse Packing & tent camping trip and then one more Girl Camp...My last event of the year is in mid Oct...and those are just the ones I have in my calender....My gal pals & I have what we call "Trailer Slumber Parties" through out the Summer where about 6 of us get together & 'camp' on each others property.
I am hoping in about 3 years, to be able to take off cross country to pop in on Glamping Sisters and old friends as well as hit the RoundTop junktique sale down in Texas....and sneak in a little visit time with family there. So all my trips will keep me pretty busy just day dreaming about them through the Winter. But I will still miss puttering out to my trailer, I sneak out into her with a tall glass of sweet tea, a good magazine & 2 kitties to snuggle up on the bed with me... yep, that's what I will miss the most. oh sigh.....

Posted - Oct 24 2011 : 9:51:54 PM Oh Grace, I just love your Glamper! Dream by the fire, research trips, make plans, make up artful glamping invitations, come up with yummy recipes to share with your glamper sisters! I'm always sad to see the last of the good weather too, but thankfully we have next spring to look forward to!!
HUGZ!
