JoyIowa	Posted - Jul 10 2011 : 6:06:08 PM Here is a recipe I found online that I have used repeatedly. 6 cups firm bud clusters washed carefully and dry. In a med bowl beat 2 eggs until light and fluffy. In a sifter combine 1/4 c. whole wheat flour and 2 T cornstarch Sift into beaten eggs and stir just to combine. Add 2 T beer (or club soda but doesn't taste the same. still ok) and 1/2 t. sea salt Dip buds, let them drip a bit, place on plate in fridge for 30 minutes. Heat 3" peanut oil to 350 to 375. Fry buds until golden brown. Drain on rack or paper towels. Serve immediately. Enjoy! If it's not illegal, unsafe, or immoral, why not try anything once? Who knows? You may come back for a second helping!
