Hey Angela,
I am back from Glamping,,and after sleeping 4 days on a futon mattress, i think it is time to buy one of those Memory Foam mattress pads to smooth out the lumpiness. lol!
I luv my lil Scotty but I look forward to geting 'Trailer #3' done so I can have a little more room in the center area.

Hi Grace,
When that bed is out it takes up half of the trailer...I might have to go ahead and sacrifice the space though...my back still hasn't recovered from the weekend!!

Hey Angela,
I replaced my sofa & put in a full size futon mattress... so my bed is always a bed....I too hate breaking down & setting up the banqette. Besides, I like having my coffee in the morning at the banquette and then if I decide to crawl back into bed, I can....
I am heading out tomorrow to go camp with about 26 gals, and about 20 vintage trailers. 2/3 are Sisters on the Fly and the rest are Sisters on the try (guests)... Gonna be fun, all loaded up & ready to pull out tomorrow.

Heather I loved reading your blog!! The one thing that I did discover camping in it for the first time was that I did not like folding the dinette into a bed each night, in fact, I pulled a muscle so bad trying to put it back up that I just left it into a bed for the rest of the camping trip!

Don't forget,,you can photo copy onto transfer paper, the type you buy at fabric/craft stores and then iron the print on to fabric..then you can sew pillows or what ever to your hearts content!

How fabulous! (i had to laugh as i bought the same flamingos for my mom's little trailer as part of her mothers day gift) Your trailer looks wonderful, luv all you did! Sadly i just sold my 1966 15 foot Aloha just friday morning. It was done in a pinup cowgirl theme, but we did not have a bathroom in it... hubby desperately wanted a bathroom. So.... a bit of compromising was made. He has a bathroom and i still get to glamp it as if it were vintage! Enjoy your lil girl!

Grace I found the spice rack on ebay for just a few dollars...I had just typed in spice rack. good luck! Also in the past I had seen them at Goodwill before I had a trailer and needed them of course!
