I read about a backcountry cookbook put out by some local folks (local to me, Minneapolis) through the regional Co-op newsletter. The cookbook is all about simple, good-tasting, easy-to-make food for the trail along with packing tips. I just downloaded it (16 pages) and it looks pretty great! Thought some of you might like to take a look:

I just printed a copy for a friend. THe recipies are the type of food she loves. MaryJane, she just loves your Lentil Pilaf.
