Any suggestions? Who has made their own? Who has ordered? I don't want an awning to cost more than I paid for the camper, but I would like something cute. We've looked on craigslist without much success.

This is the same guy I bought my awning from! The quality is great! And if you have a special request he'll work with you.

Denise, I don't know if they can ship or not. I know they need good measurements to make it for you. You could give them a call or check out their website to see if you can e-mail them a question. Will see if I can find out more info for you.

Oh yeah, Ann, if you use them, ask for Andy and tell them Aunt Nancy sent you.

I don't know where Belmont is but my nephew and his dad install awnings in Jackson, Michigan. They have a shop, Addison Awning, on Francis street in Jackson. They do excellent work and get you in and out quickly. They have a huge selection of Sunbrella fabric. here is the addy for you if you need it Addison Awning & Sign Company (517) 782-8473 3990 Francis St, Jackson, MI Get Directions addisonawning.com
Good luck.

It has been a while, but I wanted to revisit this post. Can anyone recommend a replacement camper awning company? I would love to pick a striped sunbrella fabric that could be designed for a bag awning for 2 different campers. A '63 mini winnebago and a '66 Avion. I would appreciate any help or recommendations! We are hoping to use one of the campers for a farmer's market this year (if we can pull it off the right way).

I made one useing the old one as a pattern out of shade cloth, it was pretty simple, just awkward due to the size, and it took 4 of us to re-install the roller on the trailer.
