Hi Ya'all, I was surfing the net looking for a good recipe for mule deer vension and homemade egg noodles. I use my Grandma's recipe for the noodles. I found what I was looking for and while searching, I came across this website that lists gobs of recipes for allllll kinds of game...some of which I'm purdy sure I wont be eating . But, many of the recipes are very appealing! Here tiz: http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/martin/wildrecipes/list.html

Absolutely fantastic! I'm always looking for more wild game recipes - its most of our diet here. I shot my first grouse last year (my kids were so proud) so now I'm helping to add to the freezer. :)
