Just a tip to anyone planning to camp out in the Northern states--bring a WARM sleeping bag and be prepared for low temps. It can get awfully chilly at five o'clock in the morning.

I would suggest a ground mat- about an inch thick special foam. It helps keep those pesky rocks from poking you in the back and it keeps the chill of the ground out.

Are you going to a campground with a fresh supply of water or are you going backpacking? If you are going backpacking you will need survival type gear like a water pump and different types of clothes.

Take extra pairs of socks and make sure you have good shoes!
