Posted - Apr 25 2015 : 07:02:18 AM Earlier in the year, I finally learned how to make MaryJane's great BakeOvers by reading her magazine. So easy and delicious! Many other Farmgirls added their recipes and BakeOver success stories as well to my post. So, I asked MaryJane if we could offer one BakeOver kit from her online store as a Jubilee giveaway and she loved the idea.
The giveaway will include the BakeOver pan as well as all of the extras. For a full view of what is included, go to her online store and check it out. If you would like to enter this giveaway, leave a comment below on how this dinner plan will help you make odds and ends in your frig turn into delicious dinner solutions when time is tight and you can't get to the store.
Entries go through May 4 and MaryJane and I will select a winner at her farm on Tuesday May 5!
I am excited to say that the winner of MaryJanes BakeOver is is ndairy!! Congratulations Heather!! Please email me your mailing address and I will be sure that you receive your Jubilee giveaway!! Thanks to everyone who joined in the fun. I hope you all enjoyed your Jubilee weekend !!!!

Posted - May 03 2015 : 3:13:55 PM I have not yet tried BakeOvers, but I can sure use the help. I can't tell you how many times I have had to throw out left over veggies and yes even meat. I get home late from work lots of days and do not feel like going thru a bunch of cookbooks to tell me what to do with all my left overs, I don't think they even do that the only things I can think of take to much time to prep and cook. We don't want to eat late and my husband is too hungry to eat late even if we wanted to. So please enter me in this contes I would love to try the BakeOver. |

Posted - Apr 30 2015 : 3:30:38 PM Oh! I would love a chance to win this giveaway. My family is getting quite hooked on bakeovers but my pan isn't quite right. I tried flipping my bakeover once and it made quite a mess so We scoop them out of the bowl when serving. I think it is the shape of my pan. It is straight up and down on the sides which doesn't help. I have been eyeing Mary Jane's pans but haven't worked it in the budget quite yet.

Posted - Apr 30 2015 : 08:25:46 AM Please enter me, too! I'd love to make a bakeover. Nowadays, with busy schedules it looks like bakeovers are a nice way to make a quick and healthy almost-from-scratch meal for the family or fruity dessert to serve for guests.

Posted - Apr 28 2015 : 5:10:17 PM Living where I do, it's a 20min trek up the mountain or 20min down the mountain to get to a market, so I try to stock up so I don't have to make any unnecessary runs... I am a big believer in prepping foods for later use... whether it's soups & stews or pizza (dough)... Bake overs fill the bill quit nicely and a great way to use up meats & veggies. SO yes please toss my name into the pan and I will keep my fingers crossed, my eyes and legs too! snork, giggle. Oh and Thank you Winnie and Maryjane for hosting this fun give away.

Posted - Apr 28 2015 : 4:04:17 PM Yes, please enter me. I've wanted to try Bakeovers, but haven't yet. It's just me on 25 acres of overwhelm, so I tend to fall short on cooking for myself. I love quick, throw-it-together, healthy dishes. Bakeovers sounds like what I need. My daughter, who is a nurse and single mom of a teen, would probably love them also.
Thank you

Posted - Apr 28 2015 : 2:19:32 PM This is such an awesome give-away! I'd sure love to try Bakeovers. We're vegetarians, and I cook for the whole family (all 4 generations), which I love doing. My 2-year-old granddaughter who used to love all veggies suddenly won't eat anything but broccoli soup and kale chips. While I'm grateful for that, I'm desperate for new ways to "hide the veggies!" Win or no, I'll be trying Bakeovers! Thanks!!
