Whoot Whoot this years theme for 2019 is...
QUILTS!
Fabric quilts, paper quilts and barn quilts...
Use your imagination for creativity...
Mini quilts or lap quilts or even bed sized quilts.
I am thinking I might make a table runner quilt...
I have seen some fantastic paper quilts... might be fun to use a "Cricuit " machine to cut out the paper pieces ... oh, how about Greeting cards with a quilt theme on the front...
I love 'Barn Quilts '... but I would need my hubby to assist ...
What about a quilt garden?.. using a 9-patch pattern, you could plant flowers or herbs...
"Sew " many fun Ideas!

Vicki,, I always have a zippy lock type bag full of pre-cut circles (using up fabric scraps), a couple of needles and spool of thread and a pair of mini fold up scissors, so I can take the bag anywhere with me,, especially when hubby and I are on the road for a couple of hours... and just stitch to my hearts content....
you can go on line, type in 'yoyos' and find a gazillion ideas...
Years ago I made a little dolly bed Yoyo quilt for my little Leilei's dolly bed,,, wish I had taken a photo of it.. I made the small size yoyos to make the wee quilt.
YoYos are relaxing to make...

 This is my most recent quilt table runner. I can use it for Valentine's Day or even the 4th of July because of the colors in it.

Thank you Katmom! I had such a long day yesterday with my first quantitative class for my MBA, but coming home to this made me so happy! I'll cherish it forever. Can't wait to show it off to the farmgirls in my new chapter :)

Gosh, I've been away from MJF for a few months, trying to recalibrate life, didn't even realize it was Jubilee!!! Happy Jubilee to all! Our neighboring town of Sisters, Oregon has a quilt festival every summer, trying googling it... they hang hand made quilts from every building, porch and post in town. AMAZINGLY Beautiful!! Love the quilt them this year!

Denise & Bonnie,, enjoy... 
I will be using my patch quilt mug rug for both my hot tea (on cold mornings) and iced tea (on warm afternoons)...
For MJF Jubilee, I might make some scones,,, or pick up some yummy cinnebons at the Bakery and hang out in the motorhome with hubby & critters...
and...
I plan to have my daughter & 2 grand girlies over to have tea & scones (or cinnebons)....

Grace...my thanks too for the coaster and the tea. It is 70 today and sunny. I;m sitting outside in the sun. Supposed to snow on Saturday. We take our days as we get them.

Finished patchwork banner for sideporch (formally my carport) and hung it. Must say it brightened up the sitting area.
I'm skipping making a new garden flag this year I'll go with the ones from other Jubilees. So all I have to do now is on May 1 hang apron at front door and put out the garden flags. Oh, and mini aprons on sticks that I put in plant containers. I think I made those two Jubilees ago.
