Posted - Jan 04 2023 : 12:07:58 PM I like calling my UFOs PhD (Projects Half Done) because when I tell someone I am working on my PhD it sounds more important. I have so many PhD and I'm always finding (starting?) more. Most of my projects are fabric related - that is my media of choice.
Post a list and when you finish a project you can add the date and post a picture. We all like to admire the talents of our farmgirl sisters and encourage others to complete their projects.
How many projects can you finish each month? Let's try for 2 a month. Maybe you can do more?

Posted - Jul 22 2024 : 4:55:30 PM WOW! I don't think I will ever have an end to my list of UFOs. They multiply when in captivity in a box or drawer. LOL!

Posted - Jul 22 2024 : 4:46:47 PM You got this Nancy! And don't feel bad if you don't finish them all this year. I have been working on my UFO's for a couple years now lol! But also this is last years UFO thread. There is a 2024 one now if you would like to share what you finish on that thread.

Posted - Jul 22 2024 : 12:31:51 PM As I am digging through my sewing/craft room, I am finding more UFOs than I knew could possibly exist in there! Oh, My Gosh! I am still going to try to get all of them completed by the New Year, but I think that it might be a big stretch! The pile is a bit overwhelming at this point. . .I think that I need to make a plan to finish them. If I categorize them and work by categories, I might be able to get them at least close to being finished. Wow! Just Wow!!! No more new projects in the near future!

Posted - Dec 22 2023 : 10:39:38 AM Even though I have now made it a Christmas present, I finished my last UFO for this year! It's a cow for my baby boy.
I will have to look at my list and remake it for the remaining UFOs for next year. Hopefully next year is the year I finally finish them all!

Posted - Oct 25 2023 : 2:40:21 PM Thank you all for the sweet comments! It helps keep me going lol! We have some super cold weather coming in tonight, so I finished clearing everything out of the garden. Now that all the outside work is all done, I have more time for crafting!

Posted - Oct 25 2023 : 05:18:22 AM Oh Krista, Love your door hanger!!!! So cute!
Thank you Michele and Krista. I am a little slow with embroidery, but it is coming along. Had to put on hold yesterday as my DH decided we needed to take a drive to see the changing of the trees around here. By the time we got home, I was way to tired to work on anything. Was really glad we had leftovers for dinner LOL

Posted - Oct 23 2023 : 11:58:16 AM Krista, as much as I would love to make it back to Utah, I don't think it will be possible. Over the last 3 years I have had a series of unfortunate events. My mind says YES, my body says OH THIS SHOULD BE FUN!!!!! But should that change before I leave this earth, I will most definitely head that direction and will let you know.
Thank you Grace and Karen. It was a challenge but well worth it.
Karen, you nailed it. It is hard to work on something else when your mindset is to work on a certain project. I did get to the store this morning and am happily working on my little project.
Linda, Glad to know I am not the only one. And yes that happens to me with border and backing fabric also.
