from my mil. For absolutely no reason at all she gave me a brand new sewing machine. Its a discontinued model that she has had for years, but it was never opened.. It's a singer electronic machine that does embroidery. Woohooo! I was flaberghasted...I guess I still am!!!

She sent it down with hubby and I ran out of the house...up to hers and jumped up around her neck. Just wanted to share.

great idea, Carrie. I had thought of that, but she doesn't do aprons. Maybe I'll make her one as a gesture anyways. I am going to definitly do something for her. Would love to do it from this machine. This machine is like a cadillac compared to my "Ima". I am working on my gradaughters birthday quilt. I was already addicted to quilting...now it just intensified. If that is possible. I am having a blast!

I got one today too! From mima. A nice long letter, some tea, a hanky with crochet edging in a lovely lavender and a beautiful crochet doily in a pastel rainbow and cream edging. It was so nice to get a letter!

Blessed Be!
