I have been working on a baby blue Checked Gigham apron for my Mother- in-law.
It was suppose to be for her birthday. However it didn't get done in time. So, I had to give her some dishcloths and potholders I made.and a book.
It is turning out better than I thought
It is something like a Clobber's apron.
She loves aprons. so I try to make her a new one every year.
I had been making those bib aprons. and putting hand crcheted lace I make on them and an applique heart on the bodice and pockets. She loved them.

Question.
I have a embroidery machine on my machine too. machine/ and embrodiery together.
I thought maybe embrodiering the teacup on the gighamn. Would it look right on the blue?
I have some pink thread I thought would look good.
What do yall think? Pinkroses
