Posted - Mar 05 2007 : 2:54:08 PM I found this info in a book, don't remember which one, and I thought I'd pass it along. It will help figuring out how many fat quarters to buy when planning a project. 1 Fat Quarter Equals: 99 2" squares 56 2 1/2" squares 42 3" squares 30 3 1/2" squares 20 4" squares 16 4 1/2" squares 12 5" squares ? 12 5 1/2" squares ? 9 6" squares 6 6 1/2" squares I'm not sure about that 5" and 5 1/2" number, but that's what I had written down. I haven't tested any of these amounts myself, so I can't verify the accuracy...my disclaimer. |
