Zippy the Clown also known as yoyo rag dolls...
I found one (large one on left) several years,, it was most likely from the 1960's, and then yesterday I found an other one,,, I am guessing from the 1990's (small one on right)...

I luv these simple easy peasy rag dolls... made from scraps of fabric...

The McCall pattern company even has re-introduced the pattern for these yoyo rag toys.
