I was wondering if there is any Farmgirl out there that is willing to fix my Vintage Apron for me. As you can see from my pictures it has two boo boo areas that need repaired one quite major. Of course I'd do not have the thread for the repairs, check I do not even know how this has happened. It has been packed away for at least 15 years I would say and only recently unpacked.

I will of course pay for the thread and the work or barter anything that you would like, and I am really hoping it can be repaired. I know we have some very talented and expert Farmgirls out there. It is crochet and there is no rush on the repair.

Ask me any questions you may have.

Thank you.

Hugs,
Deb

Bonnie,
The apron is Debbie's . . not mine. I'd love to have one like that though! :D

I hope you find someone who can repair it. It looks lovely. Thank you for the card and letter--I love Snoopy and Woodstock! I can do embroidery but I don't know how to crochet. Maybe since I can only use one arm, I should teach myself. I have the time, just need the motivation.

Deb - I could possibly repair it however I lack time. I apologize. I just didn't want it to turn into a UFO.

Thank you Winnie. It is really a fabulous vintage muslin bib apron and I was really hoping a Farmgirl could repair it.

Tomorrow is my bi-monthly knitting/sewing group so I'm taking my apron with me and perhaps one of the ladies there will be able to repair it or know someone who can.

Hugs,
Deb

That sure is a cute apron, Debbie. Sadly, I don't know how to crochet like that but I hope you can get it fixed. I love the pretty colors and embroidery at the top too. Somebody spent a lot of time making the apron and it would be fun to have it restored to it's full glory again!
