This idea was a craft by Meg in MJF ("Keeping in Touch, " Feb-Mar 2013, pg. 23). I loved it and also thought it would be great help for my 93-year-old mom who lives with me. She gets a bit disoriented these days and confused by our very inconsistent schedule. I changed it up a little by using frames I had around, so they're all slightly different, but painted white I think they worked together. I also attached them to the backing with Velcro, and used scrapbooking paper instead of fabric for the background in each frame, so I can change them out seasonally. And I added the kitties, which were mostly old pins, but a couple of them are actually little clips to hold appointment cards, etc. I'm really happy with the way it came out. Sorry the picture is a little fuzzy. Thanks so much for the fabulous idea, Meg! :)

It's really great for mom. She looks at it every day, and it gives her a sense of feeling oriented, plus she says it's cheerful. :)

Oh, it turned out great! Wonderful to hear that it might help your mom out. And I love the idea of changing out the paper/fabric for the different seasons. Thank you for sharing it.
