Posted - Jul 29 2014 : 11:20:05 AM Remember the colour wheel. The colours across from each other are contrasting colours: red/green orange/blue yellow/violet and all points in between. The same is true with the tints, shades and tones. Mix it up by doing burgundy with olive, orange-yellow with light blue or light green with lavender. You might even find a new colour to love.
