I have loads (like a shelf full) of hand knitting patterns from the 70's and 80's and the 90's, from a yarn store that was going out of business. Most are pretty classic styles.

I had a knitting machine dealership at the time, and thought to expand into handknitting, but closed the shop when Brother stopped making/marketing the knitting machines.

I will give them away until they are gone, 5 to a customer.

If you are interested, send me an email with your address and indicate whether you would like women's, men's, children's or infant's patterns, and I will try to accomodate until I run out!

I mailed packages for Sandy, Julie, Kelly, and Wanda yesterday and today. Watch your mail! Also found a VERY FEW hat patterns and sent them on to those who previously requested them but didn't get them in the first round.

Please let me know if you use the patterns, I love hearing that they are being used and not just sitting on my shelf collecting dust.

I do have quite a few more, most are ladies' and children's sweater patterns, and a few for men. I do NOT have sock patterns or any more hat patterns. (Those must be popular!)

Hi, Brenda...I just saw this thread, and would love some afghan patterns for myself, and sweater patterns (she knits and crochets) for my mom...that would be a great treat for her, because she is passionate about crafting, and is laid up right now with a bum knee. Let me know if you have any available!

Did I send you the green hat? (I'm so spacy today.) I think I did the main part of the hat on the looms and then crocheted the earflaps - and yes, you can knit and purl on them.

Susan, while I was filling the orders for the others I DID come across a few hat leaflets. There aren't many, but I am sending them your way! Hope you enjoy.

I also found a few toddler sock patterns as you requested.

Erin-

I did get it, I sent a private email a few days ago! Girls, Erin made me the most beautiful hat! It is fluffy and warm and the color just exactly matches the jacket I wear to work every day! In fact I have it on right now (I just went out to feed the dog a few minutes ago) I can't believe you did this for me! It's very bulky yarn, did you use one of those frame knitters to knit this, or did you knit on knitting needles? I ask because I didn't think you could knit and purl on the frame knitter. At any rate it is a beautiful hat and a beautiful thing that you did!

Brenda - Did you get my package to you? I can't remember and if you did, I'm sure you already let me know, but I just can't remember! (My brain is so fried...) Let me know if you haven't gotten anything from me and I'll send something to you. I know I made up a package for you!

OK, Julie - I found your email printout buried on my desk when I cleaned it off today. I'm so sorry I didn't get these out to you ages ago - I'll get it ready for mailing today and try to get to the post office tomorrow.

I'm afraid this project just got lost in all the rush and bustle around Christmas. Did I miss anyone else? If so, please send me a reminder email and I'll send a package along. Don't forget to include your snail mail address and whether you are looking for men's, women's or children's patterns.

Susan, sorry, I don't really have any socks or hat patterns, there are sweaters for all sizes and some afghan/household items.

Hi! Do you have any knitted patterns for toddlers or women left over? I could use a knitted hat pattern and socks for both. Thank you for your generosity! Merry Christmas! Susan

Hi, girls, I've been away for a few days, we had a funeral last weekend out of town then lots of overtime this week - too tired of working on the computer at work to think of turning it on at home.

I think I have a few requests I need to catch up on that I got just before we left, don't worry, I'll get them in the mail this week.

So glad you all are enjoying the patterns.

Girls, I have hardly made a dent in this shelf full of patterns. If anyone is interested I will gladly send these out, just send me an email with your snail mail address.

My goal is to have this shelf cleaned off by January 1 and I just hate to throw them away. Most of these are classic designs, I like just to look through them to get ideas sometimes.

OK, I just addressed envelopes for Robin, Sunshine, Amy and Tina. Taking them to the post office in a few minutes.

When I went to the post office last time the clerk asked how I wanted to send and suggested "media mail" - she asked if there was any personal correspondence or advertising in it, and I said, well, I did write a note! She stamped it "media mail- subject to inspection" so I don't know how it will come out. Anyway, look for an envelope from me -inside- the booklets.
