Posted - Mar 30 2014 : 5:52:57 PM Hay ya'll,
I think the one pictured is a cardboard suitcase for dolls and children. I have converted an old train case into my sewing catch all. It doesn't have all those elastic places to hold threads but I can just grab it and go as I leave the house. The side pockets hold my scissors and threads and thimbles and pin box. The item I am sewing is in the center (large) compartment. Go to PINTEREST and browse all the cool ways to organize your train case/boxes with handles, etc.
Hugs and prayer, Daizy

Posted - Mar 30 2014 : 3:50:15 PM That is so cute. Gotta find an old suitcase and make one. then I can keep my projects in it and not chase it around the house.

Posted - Mar 25 2014 : 12:34:40 PM I believe it is an old train case or make up carry on about 18 to 20 inches wide by same long by 8 to 10 inches deep.
CJ has a great collection and has re covered them.

Posted - Mar 25 2014 : 09:31:28 AM Is it an old lunch box that you made into a take along sewing/stitching travel (or useat home) box? Cool idea. I think iI have an old Roy rogers lunch box around here....hmmm. You did a great job on it. |
