Posted - Sep 04 2013 : 09:10:20 AM For you wine cork lovers... Now that the Holidays are approaching,, many of you will be collecting (I know I will) Wine Corks..... I beg most of mine from my friends! lol!
Such an easy project.. I bought this one from a little 13 y.o. girl at a craft booth... just because I thought it was cute and that this young lady was earning her money the old fashion way.... working for it.

Posted - Sep 06 2013 : 10:15:30 PM hey Kris, I recently saw a 'bathmat' made from (cut in half) wine corks... they were glued to a rubber type matt... I just can't remember where I saw the idea.. but I am certainly willing to invite my friends over for a glass of wine to help me collect enough corks for projects... lol!

Posted - Sep 06 2013 : 04:52:45 AM I saw that on your blog. Very cute idea. One year I made a Christmas garland with many corks and beads. I've made keychains with them too. One year, I made hot pads by cutting them in half, length-wise, and made a matching fridge magnet for gifting. Right now, I cutting them in half, for a new Christmas tree ornament (making mushrooms by using a recycled bottle cap for the top).
Can you tell I love working with wine cork crafts? He he he!
