crafter	Posted - Jul 08 2013 : 1:33:49 PM I spoke with a friend of mine that is the spray paint queen!! she stated to either find a spray paint with a primer or use a primer spray paint first and then mod podge glitter onto the jar after it is dried. Lights, a 25 light strand of Christmas lights- battery operated, battery operated tealight, or maybe a glow stick may work...just some ideas that flashed into my head!!
