Posted - May 13 2013 : 10:11:47 AM I'm trying to make some tallow candles for the first time this summer. Another item on my "must learn how" list.
Everything I've read online recommends natural wicks, like 100% cotton, because the "cheap" ones have toxic metals in the middle.
Any candlemakers out there with any recommendations?

Posted - May 14 2013 : 4:35:51 PM Ann- I would go online to check Nasco- they supply many many items to schools, they have an Art and Crafts store- I would be more than happy to check there for you also if that would help! Please just let me know.. I could have a catalog mailed to you too. Nice to have- Oh how I love the wish catalogs of life!
