Got bitten by the sewing bug again.

Joann's has all Butterick patterns 5 for $5!! I got $100 worth of patterns for $5!

It's not widely advertised...another customer at the pattern book table told me. They ring up for $1 each no matter the type. I got aprons, a dress, bags, and a top pattern. And a very cute yet simple skirt. Also got a new cutting mat and rotary cutter set over $20 off...how did I go so long without a rotary cutter? If anyone needs me, I'll be in my sewing room....

Lisa, you got a steal, too! Just needles start at around 6.00 and up! Don't ya love bargains?

Can't wait to sew some of the goodies I picked up. Got to finish what's in there, first.

I love a great deal! I'm not sure why, but I never thought to check Goodwill for yarn. One day I was in there and they had these huge clear plastic bags filled with yarn for 5.99-7.99. I'm talking like 6-10 skeins of yarn per bag. regardless of they type of yarn that's a good buy. My best find was early one morning. Two bags, one with 6 skeins of an expensive wool blend, and a couple skeins of red heart. The other bag had whole skeins of very soft yarn and mixed in were TWO sets of knitting needles and a finished hat. SCORE!
